Which compound should I choose for my application?
Lead with the environment the sheet will work in: what it touches, how hot it gets, and whether it lives outdoors. Water and weather point to EPDM, oils to Nitrile, heat and food contact to silicone. Describe the job in your quote request and we will match the compound.
Do you cut sheet into finished parts?
We do. The same stock feeds our cutting and molding operation, so we can supply anything from raw sheet to finished gaskets cut to drawing. Many customers start with sheet and move to cut parts once the design settles.
What if the size I need is not a standard roll width?
Non-standard widths are normal business. We cut to the dimension your job needs, which also means you are not paying for offcut waste on a stock width.
Can I get sheet with reinforcement in it?
Yes, cloth-inserted sheet bonds fabric ply between rubber layers, adding tear and puncture resistance for gaskets under heavy compression and linings subject to snagging. Tell us the duty and we will recommend the construction.
Is there a minimum order for cut sheet?
We cut and ship the area you actually need, including small maintenance quantities, rather than forcing a full roll.
How fast can sheet orders ship?
Sheet cutting is a fast-moving product line, and rush handling is available when a plant repair or production line is waiting on the material. Include your required date with the inquiry.
