Belting fails in predictable ways: covers worn through by abrasive material, hardened and cracked by heat, swollen by oil, or torn at the loading point. The defense is compound selection, because the cover is where the work happens. We match cover compound to the material conveyed, and carcass construction to the tension and impact the system imposes.
We supply new belting to your width and length requirements, and can prepare belt for splicing on site. For maintenance teams, replacement sections cut to the conveyor's actual measured length avoid the stretch-and-trim problems of ordering from an aging drawing.

Measure the run as it stands instead. Belts stretch in service, and ordering to the worn length, minus the take-up you need, usually fits better than the original drawing figure. We cut to the length you give us, so give us the real one.
Yes, heat-resistant belting is a core line. Tell us the material temperature at the loading point and the ambient conditions, because compound choice follows the heat the cover actually sees in service.
