Rubber Conveyor Belts, Built for the Load They Carry

A conveyor belt is the working surface of the whole plant, and the wrong cover compound turns into downtime fast. We supply rubber conveyor belting matched to your material and duty: abrasive aggregate, hot clinker, oily product, or general package handling, in the width and length your system runs.

01Overview

Why Rubber Conveyor Belts From Us

Belting fails in predictable ways: covers worn through by abrasive material, hardened and cracked by heat, swollen by oil, or torn at the loading point. The defense is compound selection, because the cover is where the work happens. We match cover compound to the material conveyed, and carcass construction to the tension and impact the system imposes.

We supply new belting to your width and length requirements, and can prepare belt for splicing on site. For maintenance teams, replacement sections cut to the conveyor's actual measured length avoid the stretch-and-trim problems of ordering from an aging drawing.

  • Cover compounds matched to the material: abrasive, hot, oily, or general duty
  • Widths and lengths to your system's actual measurements
  • Carcass constructions for the tension and impact your conveyor runs
  • Replacement sections cut to measured length for maintenance work
02Applications

Where Rubber Conveyor Belts Earn Their Keep

01

Aggregate & Quarry Handling

Abrasion-resistant covers standing up to hard stone and sharp-edged material at the loading point.

02

Cement & Hot Material

Heat-resistant compounds carrying clinker and hot product without hardening and cracking.

03

Ports & Stockyards

Long-center belts moving bulk cargo with covers balanced for tonnage and weather.

04

Agriculture & Food Processing

Belting for grain, feed, and food duty, including cleanable cover surfaces.

05

Package & Manufacturing Lines

Lighter-duty belts for general works handling inside the plant.

03Materials & Options

The Right Compound, Not Just Any Rubber

Every material below is stocked and formulated for conveyor belts. Not sure which fits? Describe the application and our engineers will match it for you.

Abrasion-Resistant Covers

Hard-wearing compounds for quarry, aggregate, and mineral duty where covers take a daily grinding.

Heat-Resistant Compounds

Formulated for hot material service so the cover stays elastic instead of baking hard.

Oil-Resistant Compounds

Nitrile-based covers for oily product and plant where fuel contact swells ordinary rubber.

General-Purpose Covers

Balanced compounds for package lines and sheltered industrial handling.

Custom Options

  • Belt width slit and prepared to your system dimension
  • Lengths cut to measured conveyor runs, not nominal figures
  • Cover compound selected against the material conveyed
  • Carcass ply and strength matched to tension and impact duty
  • Belt prepared for your site splicing method
04How to Order

From Requirement to Delivered Rubber Conveyor Belts

1

Send Your Details

Share a drawing, CAD file, dimensions, or the part itself. Worn or damaged samples are routine input for our engineers.

2

Compound & Quote

We match the elastomer to your application's demands and quote your exact quantity, small batch or full production.

3

Sample Approval

For new custom parts, you approve a production sample first. What you approve is what ships.

4

Production & Delivery

Manufactured in-house on production presses, then shipped from Manila, Singapore, or Europe to your site.

FAQ

Rubber Conveyor Belts, Answered

How do I choose the right belt compound?

Start from what the belt carries and how. Sharp abrasive material wants abrasion-resistant covers, hot product wants heat-resistant compound, and oily cargo needs an oil-resistant formulation. Send the material description with your inquiry and we will match the belt to it.

Should I order replacement belt from the original drawing length?

Measure the run as it stands instead. Belts stretch in service, and ordering to the worn length, minus the take-up you need, usually fits better than the original drawing figure. We cut to the length you give us, so give us the real one.

Can you supply belt for high-temperature material?

Yes, heat-resistant belting is a core line. Tell us the material temperature at the loading point and the ambient conditions, because compound choice follows the heat the cover actually sees in service.

Do you handle small belt replacement orders?

Single-conveyor replacements and maintenance quantities are welcome, not just plant-wide supply.single-conveyor replacements

Our conveyor is down. How fast can belt be supplied?

Downtime is the expensive case, and rush production applies to it. Give us the belt specification and the required date when you call, and we will tell you plainly what can ship and when.

Can the same compounds be used for sheet and lining jobs?

The same cover compounds are available in sheet form for chute linings, skirt rubber, and wear surfaces around the conveyor, which lets one material specification cover the whole transfer point.
