Between a load and its support, the bearing pad decides how force travels through the structure. We manufacture plain and laminated elastomeric bearing pads to your dimensions and load case, for precast concrete, structural steel, piling, and heavy industrial equipment, in project quantities or small replacement batches.

Concrete and steel are strong but unforgiving: concentrated loads and uneven bearing surfaces spawn cracking, spalling, and premature failure. An elastomeric bearing pad sits in the interface and spreads the load, accommodates the small rotations and movements every structure makes, and isolates vibration before it travels. It is a simple component with an outsized effect on service life.
We produce these pads plain for straightforward load distribution and with steel laminates for heavier structural duty, cut and molded to the size your drawing calls for. If the pad you need belongs to a structure already standing, send us the old one or its dimensions and we will reproduce it.

01
Bearing strips and pads under beams, slabs, and double tees that even out camber and seating irregularities.
02
Load distribution and movement accommodation at column bases, transfer beams, and connection points.
03
Pile cushions and bearing elements that protect concrete during driving and under long-term working loads.
04
Support pads beneath tanks, skids, and heavy machinery that damp vibration and prevent fretting at the base.
05
Bearing and isolation elements where dynamic loads and long service life are part of the specification.
Every material below is stocked and formulated for bearing pads. Not sure which fits? Describe the application and our engineers will match it for you.
High elasticity and low compression set for pads that must stay springy under permanent load.
The civil-engineering standard, balancing load performance with resistance to weather, ozone, and oils.
For exposure-driven applications where UV, ozone, and water contact rule the service life.
Cost-effective compounds for general load distribution where aggressive media are absent.
Custom Options
Share a drawing, CAD file, dimensions, or the part itself. Worn or damaged samples are routine input for our engineers.
We match the elastomer to your application's demands and quote your exact quantity, small batch or full production.
For new custom parts, you approve a production sample first. What you approve is what ships.
Manufactured in-house on production presses, then shipped from Manila, Singapore, or Europe to your site.
A plain pad distributes load and suits moderate duties. A laminated pad bonds steel plates between rubber layers, restraining bulging under heavy loads and allowing greater total thickness, which is why heavier structural applications call for it. We manufacture both and will advise which fits your load case.
Yes, bridge-spec laminated bearings with rotation and movement accommodation have their own page covering girder, abutment, and replacement projects.
Send the old pad, its dimensions, or a rubbing of the bearing seat. We reproduce replacements for structures whose original supply chain has disappeared, including pads for repair and strengthening works.
It depends on the load, the movement, and the exposure. Neoprene is the common civil choice; natural rubber excels where elasticity under permanent load matters; EPDM wins in exposed, weather-driven service. Describe the application in your quote request and we will match the compound.
Repair and maintenance quantities are routine. We would rather supply the handful of pads your repair needs than lose the structure another season of deterioration.
A drawing with plan dimensions, thickness, and the load or load range is the ideal start. If the design is not finalized, send what you have, including photos and measurements of the installation, and our engineers will work the specification with you.
Send a drawing, sample, or just a description of what you need. Our engineering team will match the compound and quote your exact quantity, with rush production if the deadline demands it.
