Most factories won't touch your order without thousands of pieces. We do. Prototype runs, replacement batches, and small production volumes, made to your spec on the same presses and compounds as our full-scale infrastructure runs.
A low minimum order isn't a compromise: for many of our customers it's exactly what the job demands.
01
Validate your design before committing to full volume. Order the pieces you need to test fit, function, and material performance without paying for a factory's minimum.
02
Keep legacy equipment running. Order the exact quantity of gaskets, seals, or bushings your maintenance schedule needs instead of warehousing years of spares.
03
Launch your product without a minimum order swallowing your budget. Scale production as your market grows. We grow with you.
Our catalog covers 100+ product types. These are the lines most commonly ordered at low volumes.
Small orders run through the same engineering process as our infrastructure-scale projects, just at your quantity. No shortcuts, no separate “small customer” queue.
Share a technical drawing, CAD file, or even just a physical sample of the part you need. No drawing? Our engineers can work from your description.
We match the right elastomer to your application (temperature, chemical exposure, load) and quote your exact quantity. Small batch or full production.
For new custom parts, approve a production sample before we run your batch. What you approve is what you receive.
Your order is manufactured in-house on the same presses and tooling used for our full-scale infrastructure runs, then shipped from Manila, Singapore, or Europe.

Same presses. Same compounds. Same quality standards.
Your small batch is manufactured on the same hydraulic presses that produce bridge bearing pads for infrastructure projects across Asia and Europe.
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the product type and manufacturing process. Molded parts, cut gaskets, and standard catalog items can all be produced in small batches. Send us your requirement and we will confirm the minimum: many custom orders start at quantities far below typical factory minimums.
Small batches carry some tooling and setup cost, so unit pricing differs from full-volume production, but we quote transparently so you can compare. For many gasket, seal, and standard-profile orders, small-batch pricing stays highly competitive.
Yes. Mixed orders of related parts (multiple sizes of gaskets, assorted O-rings, or variants of the same profile) can usually be combined into a single production run, which keeps small orders economical.
Standard small-batch orders ship on regular production schedules, and urgent orders can be prioritized through our rush production process. Tell us your deadline when you request a quote and we will confirm what is achievable.
Yes. We regularly reverse-engineer parts from physical samples, including worn or damaged ones, and produce replacement components when original drawings no longer exist.
Send your drawing, sample, or just a description of what you need. Our engineering team will confirm the minimum and quote your exact quantity.
