Yes. The physical part is the drawing. We reverse-engineer geometry from the sample, test its hardness, and identify a matching compound, including from worn or broken parts where we reconstruct the intended profile. This is routine work for us, not an exception.
Often still workable. Symmetric parts can be mirrored from the intact side; wear patterns and mating surfaces tell us the original profile; and context matters: if we can see where the part sits, we know what it has to seal, cushion, or isolate. We'll tell you honestly if a sample is too far gone and what would make it workable.
Seals and gaskets for legacy machinery, obsolete equipment components, custom profiles for imported machines with no local support, discontinued OEM parts, and unusual one-off specifications that catalog suppliers won't quote.
