Wherever a bolt passes through a moving or vibrating assembly, a bushing decides whether that vibration travels into the frame or stops at the mount. We mold rubber bushings plain and bonded to your drawing, for suspension, isolation, and pivot duty, from prototype quantities to full production runs.

A bushing is a deceptively simple cylinder with a demanding job: absorb radial and axial movement, isolate vibration, and do it for the life of the machine without creep or bond failure. The two decisions that determine everything are the compound and the construction, whether the rubber works alone or is chemically bonded to a metal sleeve that carries the load path.
We mold both plain rubber bushings and rubber-to-metal bonded assemblies, to drawing or from a sample of the part being replaced. Worn bushings from older equipment arrive here regularly, and leaving with new ones matched to the original's geometry and stiffness is the ordinary outcome, not the exception.

01
Suspension and shackle bushings that isolate road shock and allow controlled articulation.
02
Isolation bushings under engines, compressors, and rotating equipment that pass vibration.
03
Bushings at pivot points that must move freely without metal-on-metal wear or lubrication.
04
Elastomeric elements tuned to break the vibration path between source and structure.
05
Replacement bushings for machinery whose original supplier no longer stocks them.
Every material below is stocked and formulated for bushings. Not sure which fits? Describe the application and our engineers will match it for you.
The isolation standard: high elasticity and damping where vibration control is the whole job.
Mounts living in oil mist or fuel contact, where general-purpose rubber would swell and let go.
Outdoor-exposed assemblies facing weather, ozone, and water over long service.
Balanced duty where moderate oil exposure and weather resistance both apply.
Custom Options
Share a drawing, CAD file, dimensions, or the part itself. Worn or damaged samples are routine input for our engineers.
We match the elastomer to your application's demands and quote your exact quantity, small batch or full production.
For new custom parts, you approve a production sample first. What you approve is what ships.
Manufactured in-house on production presses, then shipped from Manila, Singapore, or Europe to your site.
A plain bushing is rubber alone, suited to light loads and simple isolation. A bonded bushing chemically bonds the rubber to a metal sleeve or inner tube so the load path runs through the rubber under controlled shear, which carries heavier duty and holds tighter position. We produce both and specify per the assembly.
Yes, and worn is the normal condition we receive them in. We measure the geometry, assess the original stiffness, and mold replacements, which is how much of our bushing work for legacy equipment happens.
Follow the environment and the duty. Vibration isolation favors natural rubber, oil exposure demands nitrile, weather exposure points to EPDM, and mixed conditions often land on neoprene. Describe the mount's surroundings in your quote request and the compound follows.
Prototype and pilot runs are supported, so hardware can be validated before production tooling is committed. Volumes scale from there without changing source.prototype and pilot runs are supported
Bushings are a classic breakdown spare, and rush manufacturing is set up for exactly this call. Send the sample or drawing with the deadline and we will confirm the achievable date before you plan around it.
Yes. Bonded assemblies arrive with sleeves, tubes, or flanges bonded in place, ready to install, and we can work to your housing dimensions so the assembly drops straight into the machine.
Send a drawing, sample, or just a description of what you need. Our engineering team will match the compound and quote your exact quantity, with rush production if the deadline demands it.
